Sheet, nitrone tape 40®

Sheet, nitrone tape 40®

AvekGlob company sells sheet metal and sheet, made of Nitronic 40® alloy, at reasonable prices from the manufacturer. The Supplier shall arrange prompt delivery of products to any address specified by the consumer.

Composition and application

The alloy Nitronic 40® can actually be attributed to a group of stainless steels containing an increased percentage of manganese and iron-free. The alloy is characterized by high mechanical and structural strength and excellent resistance to corrosion at high temperatures. Nitronic 40® can be easily processed and welded (with the exception of electron beam welding processes).

The Nitronic 40® alloy is austenitic grade with a deliberately high percentage of dissolved nitrogen. The strength of this material does not decrease during annealing.

Resistance to corrosion persists when found in chemically aggressive environments, as well as in seawater. The alloy is prone to dispersion hardening.

Nitronic 40® material is widely used in the manufacture of critical chemical engineering products and parts of pollution control equipment (disinfection autoclaves). The alloy is also used in the manufacture of certain components of aircraft engines, as well as medical equipment.

The chemical composition of the Nitronic 40® alloy is given in the table:

C Carbon — no more than 0.03%
Mn Manganese 8.0 — 10.0%
P Phosphorus — not more than 0.04%
S Sulfur — no more than 0.03%
Si Silicon — no more than 1.0%
Cr Chrome 19.0 — 21.5
Ni Nickel 5.5 — 7.5
N Bound nitrogen 0.15 — 0.40%

Buy at economical prices from the manufacturer sheet or tape, made of chrome-nickel alloy grade Nitronic 40®, offers the company AvekGlob. The supplier ensures guaranteed shipment of products to any point set by the customer.

Technological features of Nitronic 40®: forging temperature 1150… 1205ºC), while forging without cracking is possible up to a temperature of 650ºC. For better corrosion resistance, the finished forgings should be annealed. When cold stamping material is strengthened. When machining, the same conditions are used as for conventional austenitic stainless steels. Nitronic 40® can be welded using shielded welded processes. Gas and acetylene welding / cutting are not recommended.

Company Avecglob proposes to purchase at affordable prices sheet and tape made of Nitronic 40® alloy. The supplier guarantees immediate delivery of the products to any point agreed by the customer.
