The basic qualities
Steel AISI 321 refers to a group corrosion resistant steels heat resistant heat resistant resistant to sulfur-containing environments. Temperature recommended when using steel is of the order of 600−800°C, its service life is very long. Steel AISI 321 with welding in environments mildly corrosive is not susceptible to intergranular corrosion. This quality AISI 321 brings in alloy titanium. Welded steel AISI 321 in spite of this, should never be used in highly oxidizing environments.

Welding steel AISI 321 is good, however, due to impurities of titanium harder than steel 304/ 304L. For welding the electrodes used series 347 (stable — Nb), which has in comparison with steel 308L improved creep resistance in environments with working temperatures above 400 °C.
Treatment of thermal
Rashkovka starts at t°. 1150 — 1250 °C, and ends. at t°.900−925°C. a Period sufficient for uniform heating of the stainless steels longer than carbon-12. Relief (or release) method of autogene without showing deposition of carbide is in a temperature range of 450−800o C. thus, the departure from microlimano possible corrosion. Gradual lowering of the temperature necessary to safeguard the allocation of carbon. The annealing is carried out at t°1050 — 1150 °C cooling and the sharp intake of cool air, providing maximum ductility of the steel.
